Vendor Capital Programme
A five-year framework for LUL covering packages of work including, but not limited to, congestion relief, operational
staff accommodation, step-free access and tunnel cooling on the London Underground
network.
Projects under the framework are valued in the region of £3.5m to £30m and have
a wide range in terms of type, complexity and level of required interface.
LUL Framework
Birse Metro Ltd was awarded a five-year Alternative Provider Framework Agreement by London Underground Limited. The works include station expansions and improvements, line enhancements and extensions, staff accommodation, and other major works.
